Courses for staff

Modules Didactics for Continuing Education

Universities, in addition to education for initial students, also have Continuing Education (CE) as their task. Education for (external) professionals requires a certain design and supervision. In order to support lecturers in the (further) development of this type of education and to learn from each other, the alliance partners offer the Modular course ‘Didactics for Continuing Education’.

Objectives

  • After Module 1, participants are able to formulate a vision on CE and are able to explain what characterizes CE didactics.
  • After module 2, participants can make conscious choices in the design of their CE (course design, work formats and test formats that suit professionals).
  • After module 3, participants can make conscious choices in the supervision of professionals in their CE.

Target group

Teachers and developers (coordinators) of CE from faculties and departments of TUE, UU, UMCU, WUR. If there is still room, participants from other universities are welcome. Participants per module: 6-16.
